Parish Council The members of the parish council assist in the administrative responsibilities of the parish. Together with the Pastor, the Parish Council works toward fulfilling the sacred mission of the Church, which is the evangelization of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A Parish Council members list can be found here.

Parish Committees There are numerous opportunities to serve the parish, based on one’s gifts and talents. Some of the parish committees include Bazaar, Finance, Service & Outreach, Hellenic Cultural, Property, Stewardship, Personnel, Technology, and Preschool Advisory Board. If you have an interest in serving on any of these committees, see Fr. Alex.

Philoptochos Translated from the Greek as ‘Friends of the Poor,’ the Philoptochos is one of the largest women’s philanthropic organizations in the country. Our local chapter of Philoptochos is the backbone of our parish, offering charitable work that benefits local, national, and international needs.

Bible Study/Discussion Groups Our parish offers numerous opportunities to grow in the faith. There are general groups, women’s groups, youth groups, college groups, lenten groups, and more. Check the web site, weekly bulletin, or the monthly Annunciator for details.

Sunday School Our parish offers catechetical instruction to youth from ages four through High School. Most classes meet Sunday morning immediately following the Eucharist. Teachers and volunteers are always needed to better serve the needs of our youth.

Greek Language School Our parish offers instruction in the Greek language for both children and adults. Check the web site and monthly Annunciator for more details.

Choir/Chanters The music of the worship services lifts our souls to heaven. If you have the gift of music, or would like to learn more about the music of our Church, visit with our Choir Director and Chanters.
